Newborn Planet - Youngest Ever Found
The youngest planet ever detected has been found developing inside a distant "womb of gas," scientists have announced.The embryonic planet may only be a few hundred years old, providing a unique look at how planets are made, according to a team of astronomers led by Jane Greaves of the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
"We were amazed when we found it," Greaves said, noting that the next youngest confirmed planet is ten million years old. The newfound protoplanet, named HL Tau b, was discovered taking shape about 520 light-years away in the constellation Taurus. HL Tau, the parent star, is itself in its infancy, since it's believed to be less than a hundred thousand years old. Our own sun, by comparison, has been blazing for more than 4.5 billion years.
The new planet is a "distinct orbiting ball of gas and dust, which is exactly how a very young protoplanet should look," Greaves said in a statement. "The planet will probably take millions of years to settle down into its final form," she said. "So we really are seeing it very early—even a bit like the first cells that make up a human embryo in the womb."
Planetary Trigger
Despite its youth, the developing world is already a healthy size as planets go, Greaves noted. "The protoplanet is about 14 times as massive as Jupiter and is about twice as far from HL Tau as Neptune is from our sun," she said. That means HL Tau b will likely grow into a gas giant resembling a larger version of Jupiter. Greaves' team made the surprise find while studying the protoplanet's parent star using radio telescopes at the Very Large Array (VLA) in New Mexico and the Jodrell Bank Observatory in England.
Similar Planetary system - Found
Astronomers have discovered a planetary system orbiting a distant star which looks much like our own. They found two planets that were close matches for Jupiter and Saturn orbiting a star about half the size of our Sun.
Martin Dominik, from the St Andrews University, UK, said the finding suggested systems like our own could be much more common than we thought. And he told a major meeting that astronomers were on the brink of finding many more of them.
The St Andrews researcher said this planetary system, and others like it, could host terrestrial planets like Earth. It was just a matter of time before such worlds were detected, he explained. Dr Dominik told BBC News: "We found a system with two planets that take the roles of Jupiter and Saturn in our Solar System. These two planets have a similar mass ratio and similar orbital radius and a similar orbital period.
"It looks like this may have formed in a similar way to our Solar System. And if this is the case, it looks like [our] Solar System cannot be unique in the Universe. There should be other similar systems out there which could host terrestrial planets." Dr Dominik presented his work at the Royal Astronomical Society's National Astronomy Meeting in Belfast.

Offical UFO videos - PERU Govt
On the 20th of May 2007 several local Peruvian TV Channels (Canal 4 and ATV, Canal 9) brought a report with pictures that showed a large number of UFOs which were photographed over Lima, Peru at about 12 am on that day. ATV stated that these were the first photos of this kind taken in Peru, as never before had such a large amount of UFOs been sighted.
The OVNIs (Spanish word for UFOs) were seen in the sky over the capital of Peru for about 30 minutes.
All UFOs were moving rapidly in various directions, going up then down with incredible speed - as only UFOs seem to be able to do. People on the street were very excited and were shouting and yelling: Look! Do you see it? What is it .....?

Commander Julio Chamorro representing the Peruvian air force mentions in the screening by ATV that the objects were not visible on their radar screens - the UFOs seem to have a radar protective shield. He further states that they are neither light reflections nor weather balloons and that they have no explanation for them.
We believe that the air force obviously does not wish to take a stand on this matter in view of the fact that the US air force has for the last 60 years classed all UFO films as top secret. The final commentary on ATV was a sentence that has often been heard before: "It seems that we are not alone in the Universe! "

MEXICO CITY - Mexican Air Force pilots filmed 11 unidentified flying objects in the skies over southern Campeche state, a Defense Department spokesman confirmed Tuesday.
A videotape made widely available to the news media on Tuesday shows the bright objects, some sharp points of light and others like large headlights, moving rapidly in what appears to be a late-evening sky.
The lights were filmed on March 5 by pilots using infrared equipment. They appeared to be flying at an altitude of about 3,500 meters (11,480 feet), and allegedly surrounded the Air Force jet as it conducted routine anti-drug trafficking vigilance in Campeche. Only three of the objects showed up on the plane's radar.
'Was I afraid? Yes. A little afraid because we were facing something that had never happened before,' said radar operator Lt. German Marin in a taped interview made public Tuesday.
'I couldn't say what it was ... but I think they're completely real,' added Lt. Mario Adrian Vazquez, the infrared equipment operator. Vazquez insisted that there was no way to alter the recorded images.
The plane's captain, Maj. Magdaleno Castanon, said the military jets chased the lights 'and I believe they could feel we were pursuing them.'
When the jets stopped following the objects, they disappeared, he said.
A Defense Department spokesman confirmed Tuesday that the videotape was filmed by members of the Mexican Air Force. The spokesman declined to comment further and spoke on customary condition of anonymity.
The video was first aired on national television Monday night then again at a news conference Tuesday by Jaime Maussan, a Mexican investigator who has dedicated the past 10 years to studying UFOs.
'This is historic news,' Maussan told reporters. 'Hundreds of videos (of UFOs) exist, but none had the backing of the armed forces of any country. ... The armed forces don't perpetuate frauds.'
Maussan said Secretary of Defense Gen. Ricardo Vega Garcia gave him the video on April 22. --

Most of the researchers, scientist are thinking that, this is not from NASA's engineers, its from th Alien Flying craft's technology. As we know, the NASA won't release anything about their experience with Aliens....so this may be true...who knows?

2012: NASA sees start of “new solar cycle”

NASA today published a forecast for a “big and intense” new solar cycle in 2011 or 2012, which its suggests will wreak havoc on satellite GPS and telecommunications, power grids and air traffic.
NASA says the next solar cycle, Solar Cycle 24, “could make itself felt as never before.”
We are now at the end of Solar Cycle 23 (see graphic, and excerpts, below), according to the U.S. space agency.
